As a RePlay Captain, you take the first step into leadership by organizing a local gear upcycling drive using the RePlaybook—a toolkit to guide you through the gear collection process.

You’d make an awesome RePlay Captain if you:

  • Like the idea of leading for purpose

  • Care about recycling

  • Want to earn volunteer hours (and actually enjoy it)

  • Like organizing, planning, or just stepping up
